These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the digital products and mentorship programs offered by SharpenAI (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By enrolling in and accessing any of our programs, you (“User,” “you”) agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
“Programs” refers to AI Launchpad, AI Launchpad Inner Circle, the 1-on-1 AI Mentorship Programme, and any future offerings provided by SharpenAI.
“Services” includes access to our course materials, mentorship, community platforms, and any communications related to our Programs.
2. Program Enrollment and Access
Enrollment: To enroll in any of our programs, you must provide accurate and complete personal information during the registration process.
Access:
AI Launchpad (Monthly): You will have access to the course materials as long as your subscription remains active and payments are current.
AI Launchpad Inner Circle (Annual): You will have access to the full course library and Inner Circle community for 12 months from the date of purchase.
1-on-1 AI Mentorship Programme (6 Months): You will have access to mentorship sessions, Inner Circle membership, and any included training materials for the duration of your 6-month program.
3. Intellectual Property
All program content—including videos, templates, text, visuals, frameworks, and proprietary methods—is the exclusive intellectual property of SharpenAI. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, redistribute, sell, or modify any content without prior written permission.
Enrollment grants access for one individual only. Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access content through your account constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate revocation of access without refund.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
You are responsible for completing the training materials, attending sessions, and applying the content as instructed. Your success depends on your own initiative, consistency, and effort. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, or results.
5. Payments and Refunds
You agree to pay the full price of the selected program at the time of enrollment. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe.
Refunds are governed by our official Refund Policy, which you must review and accept at the time of purchase. Refunds are available only for the 1-on-1 AI Mentorship Programme under clearly defined performance-based conditions. Purchases of AI Launchpad and AI Launchpad Inner Circle are strictly non-refundable.
6. SMS and Email Communications
By enrolling in any program, you consent to receive SMS and email updates regarding scheduling, program materials, and promotional content. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to SMS messages or unsubscribing from emails. Opting out will not affect your access to the programs or services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we aim to provide high-quality and accurate information, SharpenAI makes no guarantee that program materials will be error-free or that you will achieve specific results.
We are not liable for the availability, functionality, or content of any third-party tools, platforms, or services mentioned in our programs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SharpenAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Program without refund if you violate these Terms, share login credentials, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse our services.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Riga, Latvia.
11. Force Majeure
SharpenAI shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, strikes, or government restrictions.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
